Office visits: by appointment. Email us first to arrange a time.

Same Day service drop-offs: walk in, no appointment needed, Monday to Friday, 10am–3pm.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. Closed weekends and New Zealand public holidays. Emails received outside these hours are answered on the next business day. During promotions, events and busy periods, replies may take a little longer.

Social media: Facebook (Premier Card Grading NZ) and Instagram (@premiercardgradingnz), for general enquiries and news. For privacy reasons, we can't discuss orders, grades or account details on social media.

Urgent issues, such as a courier problem: put "URGENT" in your email subject line.

We expect respectful communication. Abusive or threatening messages may lead to restricted contact or refusal of service.
