How to Submit Cards to PCG - Shipping

Step 1: Create an Order Online or on the App

Select the office you are submitting to and click ‘Submit’ on the tool bar. You will need to login or register before you proceed to select your service.

Choose the order service for processing cards.

*Please keep in mind! Turnaround time starts when the order has been received in the office. Cards in transit to and from the office are not part of the turnaround time.

Search or add manually the cards to your order.

Finalize the order and select a your preferred way to receive your order back and pay for the order.

You will receive an Email confirmation. You will need to note the order number, and address of the PCG office you selected.

Step 2: Packing your order

Insert your cards in penny sleeves or tabbed sleeves. Make sure the order is in sequence top to bottom as it is on the submitted card order.

*We highly recommend adding sticky note tab to penny sleeves to make easy removal from toploaders or semi-rigid card savers.

Insert the sleeved cards into top loaders or semi-rigid card savers.

Cut 5mm thick cardboard to the shape of your card holders. Secure the cut outs to the front and back of each card using tape/rubber bands.

For multiple cards, layer cardboard in-between each card saver and secure them.

*Optional Recommendation - Bubble Wrap

To further reduce the risk of damage, use bubble wrap and tape to seal the order or fill the empty space within a box to cushion movement.

Step 3: Shipping

Print off the confirmation email. You will need to send this to us with your cards. So keep this handy.

We recommend engaging with your local shipping provider about sending a package. We recommend shipping the order tracked at minimum.

You are ready to post! Doublecheck you have...

  • A display of the correct office shipping address & your return address.
  • Contains the secured cards.
  • Email Confirmation Print off
  • Optional - If you selected tracked shipping, please record and keep the tracking details safe.

Now all you have to do is wait until you receive an email from us once it’s all done. We will inform you with tracking, additional steps or pick-up availability.
