PCG Middleman
Middlemen & Group Submitters
If you run a store, a playgroup or a community that grades regularly, you can send everything through as one submission instead of twenty. You handle your people, we handle the cards.
One package, one tracking number, one person to talk to, and a lower price per card than everyone submitting on their own.
Key Benefits:
Discounted rates on volume: Your per-card price drops as submissions get bigger. Pass the saving on, keep a margin, or do both. How you price it is your call.
A revenue stream, not a favour: Most middlemen charge a fee per card or per batch on top of our rate. You collect, you handle the logistics, you keep the difference. If you've got a shop, it also brings people in twice: once to drop off, once to pick up.
One submission to manage: Your whole batch moves through the Submission Tracker together, so you can tell everyone where their cards are without chasing us.
First access to what's new: Submit regularly and you get early access to new services, promotional pricing and limited products, including event labels when they're running.
A direct line: You deal with us directly, with people who know your name and your submission history. No queue, no account tier.
Marketplace Sellers
If you're selling on eBay, in Facebook groups or at events, a raw card asks your buyer to trust your description. A slabbed card tells them what they're getting before they bid.
We're straightforward about why we want to work with you. Every PCG slab you sell puts our grading in front of more buyers. Good for you, good for us.
Key Benefits for Marketplace Sellers:
Your buyers see the whole picture: Four subgrades on the label: centering, corners, edges, surface. Strengths and weaknesses both visible, so you field fewer questions and fewer returns.
Every grade you sell checks out: All PCG grades go into our Population Report. Your buyer can look up the cert number and see how the card sits against every other copy we've graded.
The slab does some of the selling for you: The Collector Slab carries a double-sided metal label, gold plated at the top grades. The Player's Slab leaves the card front completely clear. Both photograph well, which matters more on a listing than anyone admits.
Rates that improve with volume: Sell consistently and you move onto better per-card pricing, with early access to new products as they land.
Two audiences instead of one: Your listings reach collectors who want condition certainty and buyers who want something they can resell without arguing about it again.
PCG Ambassadors
If you're already deep in the hobby, running a store, making content, playing competitively or organising events, we'd like to work with you. The only thing we really need is that you know your community and you actually use PCG.
This isn't a logo-sharing deal. You're the person people ask when they're deciding whether grading is worth it, so an honest answer from you is worth more to us than a promotional one.
What ambassadors do: Talk about grading at events, in store and online. Make content that explains the process instead of advertising it. Answer questions from first-time graders, refer people who'd benefit, and flag anything that isn't working.
What ambassadors get
Compensation: Commission, affiliate payouts or flat fees on referrals, agreed up front.
Free and discounted grading: On personal cards. An ambassador who hasn't used the service isn't much use to either side.
First access: New services, products, promotions and event labels before they go public.
Visibility and contacts: Exposure across PCG's channels, plus industry access that's hard to get from outside. Graders, store owners, event organisers and other ambassadors.
One condition: Ambassadors disclose the relationship. If PCG is paying you or grading your cards for free, say so. Collectors find out eventually, and the ones who told them first keep their credibility.
