Premier Card Grading New Zealand
Processing Times
All submissions and orders are processed for grading within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation or grading submission. You’ll receive another notification once your cards or items have been shipped back to you.
During busy grading periods or national courier delays, processing times may extend slightly. We’ll always notify you by email if there are significant delays.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order or submission type.

We currently only ship within New Zealand. International shipping is currently unavailable.
Free Return Shipping
We offer free tracked return shipping on Specific event submissions.
Order Tracking
Once your order or graded submission has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and courier details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after your order is dispatched.
Local Drop-off / Pickup
If you select local drop-off or pickup at checkout, your order will be ready within 24 hours.
We’ll send you a confirmation email with instructions when your order is ready.

Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery times are based on standard courier service levels and may vary due to public holidays, weather events, or courier network issues.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Premier Card Grading is not liable for loss or damage that occurs during courier transit.
If your package arrives damaged or is missing, please contact the courier directly to lodge a claim.
We are happy to provide proof of shipment, declared value, or any required documentation to support your claim.
