Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle Earth Premier Card Grading Campaign

Information on how to redeem Bring the Ring to Middle Earth Promotion can be found in these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The promoters are Premier Card Grading Limited. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Instagram. Instagram is a trademark of Facebook, Inc. Entrants will direct any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion to the Promoter and not Instagram. Any questions can be directed to the Premier Card Grading NZ Facebook Page. The Promotion may only be redeemed once by one person only.

ELIGIBILITY

The redeemable package is open to anyone who, as at the time of entry, is: (a) 18 years of age or older, The Package can only be redeemed via having the authentic copy of the 1 of 1 ‘The One Ring’ Serialized 001/001 from set The Lord of the Rings Tales of Middle-Earth from Magic the Gathering. Confirmed to have the only 1 card in this set.

PROMOTION TIME PERIOD

The Package will be redeemable from June 23rd 2023 and close August 23rd No entries will be accepted outside of the Entry Period.

PRIZE & REDEMPTION

Prize consists of:

• Return Seat+Bag economy class flights for one, flying to Auckland New Zealand and returning to the same major international Airport,
• 1x Express grading of the 1 of 1 ‘The One Ring’ Serialized 001/001 at Premier Card Grading.
• 2 nights Accommodation in the Auckland Region, and Tour of the Hobbiton Movie set.



To enter the promotion, the current owner of 1 of 1 ‘The One Ring’ Serialized 001/001 from set The Lord of the Rings Tales of Middle-Earth from Magic the Gathering must email info@premiercardgrading.co.nz with proof of purchase of the card or sealed product it was opened from, a date stamped photo of themselves holding the card and close-up images of the card. The Promotor reserves the right to require additional information from the applicant to verify ownership. The promotion is available only to the first accepted applicant and will close upon being accepted by the Promotor.




Return flights to be booked prior to 23rd of August 2023. Travel will need to be completed prior to 23rd October 2023. Travel will only be booked from any major international Airport, and the Airport will need to be approved by the promoter prior to booking flights. The promoter reserves the rights to refuse travel in any remote area or small airport with limited flights. The winner is responsible to ensure that they are eligible for flight travel within current travel requirements to New Zealand. The winner will be responsible for all other expenses related to the prize. The prize is not transferable. Once booking is confirmed no changes are permitted.




Proof of purchase or ownership of 1 of 1 ‘The One Ring’ Serialized 001/001 from set The Lord of the Rings Tales of Middle-Earth from Magic the Gathering will be required and the applicant agrees to not withhold any information regarding the purchase of card or product that contained the card. Prize travel is not eligible to accrue Air points Dollars™, Status Points or frequent flyer points under any other carrier’s loyalty program. Other conditions may apply and will be advised at the time of booking. Any party associated with this competition shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered. The redeemer is responsible for obtaining all required travel documents and visas and for complying with all country entry/transit requirements. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. The prize includes GST and taxes included in the price of the airline tickets. Unless otherwise stated, the prize does not include travel insurance, passports, visas, meals, taxes not included in the price of the ticket, or any other costs of a personal nature. The Promotor is not responsible for any costs associated with changes made to travel arrangements once ticket is issued.




Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. The entrant agrees to undergo a background check on the individual to confirm the authenticity of the 1 of 1 The One Ring Serialized 001/001 card. If any suspicious circumstances or activities are detected by the promoter in regards to the person or card, the promoter reserves the right to deny the entrant from redeeming the prize.

CONTENT

As a condition of entering into the Promotion, you license the Promoter and its authorised agents to use your entry in any media for an unlimited period for any reason including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes. You also warrant to the Promoter that each entry submitted is an original authentic product that does not infringe the rights of any third party. Entries will be reviewed periodically; however, such review does not relieve you from responsibility and compliance with these terms and conditions. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions, or that otherwise contain prohibited content as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion, will be disqualified and removed. The Promoter makes the final determination as to which Entries are eligible to take part in the Promotion. The Promoter may remove any Content without notice for any reason whatsoever.

PRIVACY

Information from the entry will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this Promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing entries, contacting the prize winner and otherwise conducting this Promotion) and for publicity purposes surrounding this Promotion. Personal information will otherwise be dealt with in accordance with the Promoters Privacy Policy.

GENERAL

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late or misdirected entries. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry as a direct or indirect result of a technical problem of any kind or any traffic congestion on the Internet or any website. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the competition database, not at the time of transmission by the entrant. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoters discretion. The Prize is the sole responsibility of the Winner. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoters control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.




All decisions of the Promoter (including but not limited to selection of the prize winner) are final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. Participants must comply with all requirements of the Promoter including requirements specified in the Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid if the entrant:



1. a) fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoters satisfaction;
2. b) tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion;
3. c) submits an entry which in the Promoters opinion is not in accordance with these terms and conditions;
4. d) acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or
5. e) in the opinion of the Promotor, engages in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter.
6. f) Presents a fake version of the card in which the promoters can’t verify the authenticity of the 1 card this promotion is for.



Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for claims, losses (including loss of opportunity), damages, injuries, costs and/or expenses, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, or arising in any way out of, or in any way connected with, the Promotion or any prize. If for any reason any aspect of the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, at any time without prior notice. Where it is practical for it to do so, the Promoter will notify entrants of such changes on the Instagram post. The promoter reserves the rights to refuse travel in any remote area or small airport with no regular flights. Travel will only be book from any major Airport, and the Airport will need to be approved by the promoter prior to booking flights.
